THE CELTA LENDING LIBRARY
Trainees can borrow the following books from the CELTA library. You can join the library by paying a refundable deposit of £20. At the end of the course and providing you return all books in good order you will get your deposit back. If you have a paypal account we suggest you use this to pay to join the library here; we can then refund you back into your paypal account at the end of your course.

BOOKS FOR TRAINEES TO BORROW:
Trainees can borrow the above books from the CELTA library. You join the library at the start of the course by paying a refundable deposit of £20. This is returned at the end of the course after you return all the books you have borrowed in good condition.
The CELTA library is kept locked and can be opened for you to browse and borrow books between the hours of 9.30 – 16:30. Outside these times you can request books via WhatsApp and Mihaela make sure the book is available for you to borrow the next day you are in.
We recommend that you keep the books for a max of 48 hrs each time.

HOW IT WORKS - PROCEDURE FOR BORROWING BOOKS
- Each trainee can borrow one Student Course book they will need to use to prepare for TP They can keep this book for the duration of their TP
- The tutors will record the book each trainee has borrowed in the CELTA course register
- Each trainee takes a photo of the book they have borrowed and uploads this on the WhatsApp group writing the code of the book in the message
- Each trainee can borrow one Teacher's book they will need to use to prepare for TP They can keep this book for 48 hours only and must return it so another trainee can borrow it if necessary
- The tutors can record the teacher's book two or more trainees are sharing in the CELTA course register
- Trainees can take a photo of the book they are sharing and uploads this on the WhatsApp group writing the code of the book in the message
- Each trainee can borrow up to 2 Resource books from the CELTA library for up to 48 hours each time
- The tutors records the book/s each trainee has borrowed in the CELTA course register
- Each trainee takes a photo of the book/s they have borrowed and uploads this on the WhatsApp group writing the code of the book in the message. This helps other trainees see which book are out, which in and who they can talk to if they need to borrow a book that is out.
